Exception for download photographs

An exception to this rule is made for photographs offered as 'downloads'. These high-resolution photographs may be downloaded, used and reproduced for private and non-commercial educational purposes. They may also be used by the media. Anyone wishing to use them for other purposes must apply for permission to the Government Information Service or other copyright holder. The photographs may not be used for advertising purposes.
