PDP Fund against poverty-related diseases (2015-2020)

From 2010-2014 the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs funded 7 partnerships under a grant framework called Product Development Partnership Fund (PDP Fund).

In 2014 this fund was positively reviewed, which led to Minister Lilianne Ploumen’s decision to continue our support to product development and innovation for poverty related diseases. Both the decision and review are published on the website of parliament.

Grant framework 2015-2020

The PDP fund is available for the international development of medicines, vaccines and diagnostics for poverty-related health problems that are not being produced commercially due to market failure. Currently, the Ministry is developing a third and new grant framework for the period 2015-2020. It is in this context that we welcome you to a new webpage for Product Development Partnerships 2015-2020.
