User Guide on Strategic Goods and Services

The guide is principally designed as an information guide to the system of export control in the Netherlands on military items and dual-use goods (i.e. strategic goods) and the services related to that. It is in particular intended for exporters, traders and brokers.

The text of the guide describes the main export controls in force and identifies the legal framework regulating the export controls on strategic goods. It also contains information on license application procedures, the types of licenses available, the necessary forms and documents, and other information useful when applying for an export- or transit license.
