Electoral Council announces election result

The Electoral Council has announced the official result of the parliamentary elections held on 9 June 2010. 9.442.977 of the 12.524.152 eligible voters cast their votes.

At 75,40%, turnout was lower than at the last parliamentary elections in 2006.
