Minister Opstelten will recommend the following persons for appointment to Her Majesty the Queen on the basis thereof:

• Ms C.M.T. (Carla) Eradus (president of the court management of the Amsterdam District Court)
• Mr M.A. (Maarten) van de Laarschot (president of the court management of the District Court of The Hague)
• Ms R.G. (Robine) de Lange-Tegelaar (president of the court management of the Rotterdam District Court)
• Mr H.C. (Henk) Naves (president of the court management of the Oost-Nederland District Court)
• Mr H. Æ. (Herco) Uniken Venema (president of the court management of the Midden-Nederland District Court)
• Mr E.J. (Evert) van der Molen (president of the court management of the Noord-Holland District Court)
• Mr D.J. (Daan) Keur (president of the court management of the Noord-Nederland District Court)
• Ms C.M. (Christa) Wiertz-Wezenbeek (president of the court management of the Oost-Brabant District Court)
• Mr P.W.E.C. (Peter) Pulles (president of the court management of the Limburg District Court)
• Ms M.W. (Marieke) Koek (president of the court management of the Zeeland-West-Brabant District Court)

The new presidents will be presented during a meeting on 15 October 2012 that can be attended by the media.
