You might not find the answer to your question on the Government.nl website. In that case, you may ask a question on Twitter.
Response to your question on Twitter
We are online from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm. We aim to answer your question within 2 hours. If a question comes in outside our opening hours, we will answer it as soon as we are back online.
In some cases we will ask you to contact us by phone or email. This may be because Twitter is not a suitable medium for answering the question, or simply because the answer is too long for a tweet.
We may refer you to another organisation if they are better able to answer your question, in which case we will provide you with their contact details.
Twitter account is for questions only
We use the @Rijksoverheid Twitter account only to answer questions. We do not accept suggestions, opinions or complaints submitted on Twitter. These can be submitted by phone or email. @Rijksoverheid is not used for official statements or for communication with the media. Journalists may contact the press officers and spokespersons of the ministries.
