Short thematic country of origin information report on Lebanon: extradition February 2023

This short thematic country report examines legislation, regulations and practice in Lebanon with regard to the extradition of persons with dual nationality, insofar as this is relevant to the assessment of asylum applications and to decisions on the repatriation of rejected asylum-seekers. The report focuses in particular on the extradition from Lebanon to Syria of persons with both Lebanese and Syrian nationality.
