Hospital admissions for 292 patients were reported today (current or previous). 234 deaths were reported. Not all of the hospital admissions or deaths occurred within the last 24 hours.
In recent weeks, Tuesdays have consistently had the highest number of reports across the week. This can be explained by the fact that many of the deaths and hospital admissions that occur on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are processed in the official records and reported on Mondays. This is visible in the graphs on the new page on Coronavirus Data (Dutch).
