Can I still bring my family members to the Netherlands after Brexit?
Yes, but certain rules apply. You yourself must meet the requirements for a Dutch residence permit and, in most cases, you may only bring certain immediate family members, such as a partner or child.
If you live in the Netherlands and were registered in the BRP as of 31 December 2020
You may bring your partner and certain family members to the Netherlands if your relationship existed before 1 January 2021. This includes children born to parents who were already in a relationship prior to 1 January 2021. More information about post-Brexit family reunification is available on the IND website.
If you moved to the Netherlands on or after 1 January 2021 and want to bring your family here
You and your family members must meet the Dutch requirements for coming to live in the Netherlands. For more information go to the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) website.
