Order of vaccination for health and care workers

Order of vaccination subject to change

The order of vaccination may change if, for example, there are delays in vaccine deliveries.

Health and care workers born in 2003 or earlier

Only health and care workers born in 2003 or earlier will be vaccinated. This includes:

  • doctors;
  • nurses;
  • trainees;
  • students;
  • agency workers;
  • self-employed people working for a care provider.

In this context, volunteers and informal carers are not regarded as health and care workers. They fall under the vaccination schedule for the general population. When they receive an invitation depends on their age and health situation. See the vaccination schedule for the rest of the population in the Netherlands.
