One patient deceased, 61 new patients, a total of 382 people tested positive

Since yesterday, 61 new COVID-19 patients have been reported to RIVM. This brings the total number of positive tests to 382.

Of the 382 confirmed cases, 161 were infected abroad. For 156 cases the source of infection is unknown or the investigation still ongoing. More than half of these patients live in Noord-Brabant. Most people who tested positive live in the province of Noord-Brabant: 157 people. The province of Utrecht is home to 55 reported cases.

On Monday, a 78-year-old patient with underlying health conditions died. A total of four people have now died from the novel coronavirus in the Netherlands.
