Applying for a subsidy for redevelopment of a listed building

If you own a listed building and you would like to change its designated use, for example to convert a church into a shop, you can apply for a redevelopment subsidy. This subsidy can be used to investigate whether redevelopment is possible. You can also use the subsidy to protect the building from the elements while this investigation is being carried out.
