Development Cooperation Matchmaking Facility

Companies in developing countries are often looking for reliable business partners abroad. The Development Cooperation Matchmaking Facility puts those companies in touch with Dutch businesses. The goal is to stimulate joint investment.

Target countries

The Development Cooperation Matchmaking Facility is available to companies in developing countries and in more than 40 other countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Check the list of participating countries.

Diplomatic Missions

Through its international network, the Dutch Diplomatic Missions and Netherlands Business Support Offices -in cooperation with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)- are able to provide useful business leads and contacts.

Most Diplomatic Missions and Netherlands Business Support Offices have staff available who can help you with trade requests or introduce you to the different trade programmes.

NL Agency is a bureau of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. The organisation implements programmes, regulations and laws for 11 departments and 17 clients outside the government. It is the central organ of the Dutch government responsible for promoting the international presence of Dutch companies in foreign markets and for supporting private sector development in emerging markets. The agency provides Dutch companies with information and services critical for the pursuit of new opportunities in all markets. Additionally, it also provides financial support for activities contributing to sustainable private sector development in emerging markets.
