Filing a complaint

You can submit your complaint by:

  • sending a letter or email to the taxi company;
  • ringing the taxi company;
  • talking to the taxi driver.

Complaint processing

The taxi company must reply to your complaint within 6 weeks. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can contact de Geschillencommissie (Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards).
