If you want to submit a complaint about a taxi ride, please contact the National Taxi Service Complaint Centre (Landelijk Klachtenmeldpunt Taxivervoer).

Submitting a complaint to the National Taxi Service Complaint Centre

Please send your complaint (in Dutch) on the complaint centre website. You can also call +31 900 20 21 881. Each call costs EUR 0.70. This is in addition to your fixed call charges.

Other ways to submit your complaint

You can also submit your complaint as follows:

  • send a letter or email to the taxi company
  • ring the taxi company
  • talk to the taxi driver

Complaint processing

The complaint centre will forward your complaint to the taxi company. The company must reply to your complaint within 6 weeks. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can contact the Taxi Service Arbitration Board (in Dutch).
