Where can I report abuse or harassment in sport?
If you want to report an incidence of violence or harassment in sport, there are three organisations you can go to. You can also turn to them for advice and information.
NOC*NSF confidential helpline
Call the NOC*NSF confidential helpline if you have any questions about infringement of sporting regulations or if you wish to report an incident. This applies to actual or suspected cases of doping, match-fixing or sexual harassment, including failure to respect norms and values such as sportsmanship and fair play. Incidents involving inappropriate behaviour may be reported by the alleged victim or by a third party.

Violence and Sport Reporting Line for serious football incidents
A violent incident (such as a fight or personal assault) on or around the football field should be reported immediately to the Violence and Sport Reporting Line, which will offer assistance and advice about consulting the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB), making a statement to the police or engaging the services of Victim Support. The reporting line is a joint initiative of the KNVB and the Ministry of Security and Justice.

Other negative incidents (not serious) on or around the football field
Other negative incidents of a non-serious nature should be reported to the Football Incidents Reporting Line (Meldpunt Wanordelijkheden Amateur Voetbal). Examples include biased refereeing, misconduct on the sidelines, or matches where things almost got out of hand.
