Can I object if I am refused a visa for the Netherlands?
If you are refused a visa for the Netherlands, you will receive a letter explaining why. You can lodge a written objection to the refusal within four weeks. The address is given in the letter.
Authorising another person to lodge an objection
You can also authorise another person to lodge an objection on your behalf. The person you authorise must have a written authorisation from you in Dutch, French, German or English signed by you. If you are refused a visa, the mission cannot refund your visa application fee.
