Revue à Mi-Parcours du Projet d’Appui au Développement de l’Agriculture, de la Nutrition et de l’Entrepreneuriat (PADANE) au Burundi
The mid-term review (MTR, 2019 – 2023) of the Projet d’Appui au Développement de l’Agriculture, de la Nutrition et de l’Entrepreneuriat (PADANE), funded by the Netherlands Embassy in Burundi and coordinated by SNV, assessed progress in agricultural development, nutrition, and entrepreneurship using qualitative and quantitative methods.
The report evaluated the project's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, and sustainability, highlighting key results, challenges, and recommendations for improvement, while also analyzing value chains and the theory of change. Although the project showed overall relevance and effectiveness, areas such as sustainability and monitoring mechanisms require further strengthening to ensure long-term impact and scalability.
