End of Phase Evaluation of the Football for Water Programme (2012-2019) – Final report
This document presents the end of phase evaluation results of the Football for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programme (F4W). This evaluation was carried out by an independent evaluation team of the Management for Development Foundation (MDF) on behalf of DGIS.
The current evaluation embraces programme implementation during both phase 1 and phase 2, but focuses on programme implementation and the performance of the F4W Consortium in the second phase of the programme (2017-2019) taking into account the implementation of the MtR recommendations. The evaluation concerns an end of programme assessment and aims to investigate whether the F4W interventions had the desired effect on the chosen outcomes.
