End of programme evaluation IRC businessplan 2012-2016
The IRC activities have been co-financed by The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs since IRC started in 1968. This report evaluates the 2012-2016 businessplan.
This evaluation shows that IRC is well positioned to contribute to SDG6 results, notably policy ambitions, public sector finance, planning/monitoring/evaluation/learning and strategic advocacy.
