IOB - Avaliação da política externa dos Países Baixos para a América Latina
In 2013 the Policy and Operations Evaluation Department (IOB) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands published an evaluation of Dutch political and economic relations with Latin America.
The central question of this evaluation is: how did the Netherlands’ foreign policy react to changes in Latin America? A considerable part of said evaluation concerns the Dutch relations with Brasil, due to the increasing relevance of that country. This report summarizes the most important parts of the evaluation that deal specifically with Brazil.
