Sustainability of the OmiDeltaplan - Benin (French)
The advice of the NCEA focused on institutional sustainability.
In short, there were five key recommendations: - Strengthening of the institutional context: taking decisions on the structuring of the DGEau, creation of the ANBH, and clarification of the attributions between these two organizations; - Strengthening of the participative process; - Improved situational awareness in the intervention area; - Capacity building of the different actors; - Assuring monitoring and evaluation of actions.
