Environmental Prices Handbook 2024: EU27 version v1.1

Environmental prices reflect the social cost (welfare loss) of pollution. This is an update from the 2018 Handbook. The current handbook provides indicators for the valuation of emissions to water, air and soil for over 3000 pollutants. The current version 1.1. published in 2025 includes a limited number of corrections compared to the version 1.0 published in 2024. The rationale for this update can be found in the document 'Erratum Environmental Prices Handbook EU v1.1'.
