Viewing the marital property register
The huwelijksgoederenregister (marital property register) contains huwelijkse voorwaarden (prenuptial agreements) and partnerschapsvoorwaarden (civil partnership agreements). The register also contains applications for divorce and the ending of a civil partnership.

Copy of the prenuptial agreement or partnership agreement
Would you like a copy of your prenuptial agreement or partnership agreement, you can submit your request to the district court. That court will be indicated in the marital property register.
