Applying for the events scheme for deregistered vehicles that are 15 years old or more
Owners of vehicles that are 15 years old or more, such as classic cars, that are not registered can apply for the 'events scheme' if they wish to drive for a few days but still keep their vehicles unregistered. This scheme is possible for approved events, for example at commemorations or parades.

Eligibility for the events scheme
To be eligible for the events scheme you must meet a number of conditions. For example, your vehicle must be insured. All conditions for the events scheme (in Dutch) can be found on the website of the tax authorities.
