You can call 1400 to talk to someone from Informatie Rijksoverheid, the Public Information Service in the Netherlands. Or +31 70 214 02 14 when you are outside the Netherlands.

You can call on Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 20.00. Normal phone charges apply.

No answer to your question

Sometimes the staff at the Public Information Service are unable to answer a question.

In that case, you will need to contact a different organisation. The staff member may give you a different phone number or email address to contact. Or they may forward your question.
