Administration of SAF deliveries via the CEPS

Research report by NLR and studio Gear Up on the current administrative system of the CEPS pipeline for sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). Due to a lack of clarity in European legislation, it is currently not possible to include CEPS SAF injections for the European climate targets. This study makes several recommendations for an administrative solution.
