To see what type of COVID Certificate you need in order to travel abroad, see the travel advice for the country in question. Besides proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from COVID-19, many countries require proof of a negative test result.
From 1 October, you have to pay for a COVID-19 test for travel abroad.
Coronavirus entry pass to attend events in the Netherlands
You need a coronavirus entry pass to go to a food and drink venue, an event or for certain activities in the Netherlands. If you don’t have proof of vaccination or proof of recovery, you will need to show a negative test result. You can arrange for pre-admission testing via Testenvoortoegang.org.
