Evaluation of the Dutch Employers' Cooperation Programme DECP - Assessment of the outcomes of DECP activities over the period 2013-2016

The Dutch Employers' Cooperation Programme (DECP) is a foundation established in 2005 by the Dutch employers' organizations and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The aim of DECP is to strengthen business member organizations representing employers (BMOs) in developing countries. The central question of the present evaluation is: how successful has DECP been in strengthening BMOs in their ability to run effective lobbying and advocacy campaigns with their governments over the period 2013 - 2016?
