End-term Evaluation of Count Me In!
Under the Dialogue & Dissent policy framework (2016-2020) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs supported in collaboration with civil society organisations various initiatives to protect and promote human rights and reduce inequalities. One of these initiatives is Count Me In! by Mama Cash, AWID, CREA, Just Associates (JASS), UAF-Africa and WO=MEN as strategic partner.
This report is the final evaluation of the Count Me In! programme (2016-2020) conducted by Overseas Development Support (ODS). The evaluation covers nine countries representative of the three regions (Africa, Latin America and Asia) where Count Me In! is active. The evaluation focuses on the relevance, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of Count Me In! and shares the its key achievements, challenges and lessons learned.
