112 calls from mobile phones are routed to the National Unit of the police in Driebergen. If you are not satisfied with how your call was handled, you can lodge a complaint with the National Unit of the police.

If you called 112 from a landline, your call will have gone directly to the emergency call centre in your own area. You can lodge your complaint with the service you were trying to reach: the police, the fire brigade or the ambulance service.
