Receiving benefits if your employer is in financial difficulty

If your employer is in financial difficulty and is no longer able to pay your wages, you could be eligible for a benefit from the UWV. This is called a company insolvency benefit. The UWV will then pay you what your employer owes you, for example your wages and/or expense allowance.
