Pay tuition for college or university studies
If you want to take a university or college programme, you must pay tuition. There are two types of tuition: statutory tuition and institutional tuition.

Statutory tuition and institutional tuition
Your type of tuition depends on your situation. You pay statutory tuition if you meet the set conditions. For instance, if you attend a state-funded college or university.
If you do not meet the conditions for statutory tuition you must pay institutional tuition. For example, you attend a private academic institution or you have already completed 1 course at a state-funded institution and are starting a second one.
