At the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SEO Amsterdam Economics conducted a real-time evaluation of the AGRI3 Fund from 2020 to 2024. AGRI3 mobilizes private finance for sustainable land use, forest protection, and rural livelihoods by providing credit enhancements and technical assistance. The evaluation included four phases, with SEO collaborating with MDF and ERM NINT (Brazil).
