Open Letter by the Coastal States of the Baltic Sea and the North Sea with Iceland on the Growing Risks to Maritime Safety to the International Maritime Community

The Netherlands, together with Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom, has co-signed this letter on the growing risks to maritime safety posed by the shadow fleet. The letter is signed by the Dutch Minister of Infratsructure and Water Management.
