Joint statement on phasing out fossil fuel subsidies, signed by the Netherlands, Antigua and Barbuda, Austria, the federal government of Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg and Spain at the COP28 in Dubai and by Colombia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom at the COP29 in Baku.
