Annex 5 – Track Record
Annex 5 to the Focus on Freedom grant policy framework - Track record format.
Annex 5 will be used to verify that the applicant meets the threshold criteria.
If you are applying to two geographical clusters (for the sub-instrument FoRB), the information provided in Annex 5 must cover both clusters. Annex 5 needs to be submitted only once.
You may copy and paste the table if additional project references are needed.
The information in the table should be presented concisely. A qualitative assessment of the applicant’s track record will be carried out through the project proposal format (Annex 3.1 and 3.2).
