Do you need a VOG for a new job, volunteer work or an assignment as a self-employed person? Your employer or client will start the application. This can be done online or in writing. Do you need a VOG for a visa or work permit for another country? Complete the Application form Certificate of conduct (VOG) and hand it in to your municipality. You must also hand in a document from your embassy or consulate. This document must explain why you need a VOG.
