Notifying a change of colour of a car or mobile home

Are you changing the colour of your car or mobile home? If so, you must notify the Rijksdienst voor het Wegverkeer – RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority). You are also required to do this if you give your car or mobile home another colour temporarily (car wrapping). You will then need a new registration certificate. The colour stated on the registration certificate must be the same as the colour of your vehicle.
