The National Circular Economy Programme (NPCE) contains measures to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. In a circular economy, products and raw materials are used smartly and efficiently. The NPCE was launched in 2023 and is updated every 2 years. The National Circular Economy Programme 2025 is therefore the first update of the programme.
