This evaluation research aims to identify the needs, wishes, bottlenecks and opportunities related to the Monumentenwet BES during the 2010–2024 period. This period is used to retrospectively examine the functioning of the law, the implementation by the parties involved, and the results achieved in the field of heritage conservation on Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. The evaluation focuses both on the past and the current situation, as well as on future wishes and needs.
