On May 25, 2026, the planned acquisition of Solvinity by Kyndryl was prohibited by the Minister for the Digital Economy and Sovereignty. Solvinity and its majority shareholder Host Lux S.à.r.l. lodged a notice of objection against that decision on 11 June 2026. This letter is intended to inform the House of Representatives of the decision on the objection.
