From the railway station follow the signs for the pedestrian route to the city centre. Across the bridge, turn right onto the Zwarteweg. The main entrance to the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport is on the right-hand side.
Take the A12 in the direction of Prins Clausplein and continue into the centre of The Hague. Leave the A12 at exit 2 'Den Haag centrum'. At the end of the slip road, turn left onto the Prins Bernard-viaduct. At the end of the viaduct get in the left-hand lane, and at the traffic lights double back to the left. Take the service road which runs parallel to the viaduct and follow the 'Helicon'-signs. Turn left under the viaduct onto the Oranje Buitensingel. Then turn left on the second possibility and take a right at the bottom of the arch-bridge. The entrance to the 'Helicon' car park is on your right in front of the tram-viaduct.
