Look up liquidation, suspension of payments or debt restructuring in the Central Insolvency Register

If you want to know whether a company has gone into liquidation or applied for a suspension of payments, you can check the CIR (Central Insolvency Register). This is a public register maintained by the courts. The register also shows whether someone is in debt restructuring.
