Conditions of getting compensation from the TSB scheme
These are the most important conditions of getting the compensation:
- You have (or will soon receive) a diagnosis from your (company) doctor for one of the following occupational diseases:
- Allergic occupational asthma (in Dutch)
- Chronic solvent-induced encephalopathy (in Dutch) (CSE, also known as ‘painters’ disease’)
- Asbestos-related lung cancer (in Dutch)
- Silica-related lung cancer (in Dutch)
- Silicosis (in Dutch)
- Paranasal sinus cancer or nasal cancer from wood dust (in Dutch)
- You have been exposed to a hazardous substance during your work.
- You work or have worked in the Netherlands as an employee and/or as a self-employed person. And you have or had an employment contract or contract under Dutch law.
