I remain committed to helping the parents affected by the serious failings in the childcare benefit system put this injustice behind them. So my focus will be on redress, with a customised approach and ongoing support for as long as necessary.
Decisions will be made with due care and implementation will be improved, to better serve parents’ needs.
After all, redress also means recognition, restoration of trust, and the opening up of fresh prospects.
